SUMMER MEMBERSHIP: Memorial Day – Labor Day

WINTER MEMBERSHIP: Labor Day – Memorial Day

FULL MEMBERSHIP: Begins immediately following receipt of your paid membership and expires the last day of the current month of next year. Example: Membership bought August 12, 2009, membership begins immediately and expires August 31, 2010.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP: Refer to section below.

QUARTERLY PAYMENT PLANS: *FULL YEAR MEMBERSHIPS ONLY. If you choose, you may pay membership fees in quarterly payments. Initial payment is half of the full fee plus a $10 administrative fee, next payment (after 3 months) is ¼ of the fee amount. Example: Family of 5 Membership, initial fee: $260, 3 months later you will pay $125, then $125 again 3 months after that. (You will always be paying a quarter ahead.)

EXTRA FEES may be assessed for specific programs including swim lessons, leagues, classes, clinics, and other programs.

MEMBERSHIP NOTES:

• Children age 4 and under do not count towards total number of family members.

1. Half-day, full facility use opening-2pm or 2pm to close - In-District: $5, Out of District:$7

2. Full-day, full facility use open to close - In-District: $8, Out of District: $10

3. Full day pool pass, use of indoor andoutdoor pools all day - In-District: $5, Out of District:$7

 

Family (4 or less) = This membership is designed to accommodate a 4 person or less family. This includes unmarried couples living in the same household with at least one child and two adults. All children must have the same principle residence.

Family (5 or more) = This membership is designed to accommodate a 5 person or more family. This includes unmarried couples living in the same household with at least three children and two adults. All children must have the same principle residence.

Youth = A child in grades kindergarten through 8^th.

High School/College = Any individual enrolled full time in high school, college or trade school.

Single Parent Family = This membership is designed to accommodate a family with only one parent (adult) in the household. There must be at least one child in this household as well.

Married Couple = An adult couple living in the same household with no children.

Senior Couple = An adult couple living in the same household with no dependent children and both adults age 55 or older.

Senior = An adult with no dependent children age 55 or older.

Adult = An individual adult with no dependent children.

Out-of-District = If a household is paying taxes to the Le Roy Park District the out-of-district fee will not be required for their children under the age of 18 living outside the district boundaries.

Note: Children under the age of five (5) will not be included in determining family size.

 
Corporate Membership (For Profit)

a.      Use of the gym for one event per year

b.      Use of the indoor or outdoor pool for one event per year

c.       20 ½ Day passes

d.      Use of one activity room one time per year 

Corporate Membership (Not-for-Profit)

Out of District Membership = Any member who does not reside within the City of Le Roy corporate limits or the Le Roy Park District boundaries.

Activity Pass = For daily use of the facilities.

 

Premium Membership includes the following:

• All membership benefits of regular membership
• 50% discount on all programs and classes
  • Participants must register in advance and pay in advance to qualify for the 50% discount
• Priority registration for all programs and classes
  • Premium membership holders will be allowed to register for programs and classes prior
    to regular members or the general public. Priority registration will be open the 15th –
    22nd of each month.
• 2 hours of free activity room rental
  • Can be used all at once or split into increments of 30 minutes.
  • Subject to availability, member must complete rental agreement before event is
    scheduled.
• 1 free private pool party
  • Must be used all at once
  • Subject to availability and same rules as for the general membership, member must
    complete rental agreement before event is scheduled.
• Free towel service
  • Each premium member allowed one towel per visit
• 2 free guest passes per month
  • Cannot be accumulated, passes expire at the end of the month
